Terms of Use

These Affiliate Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the Artbox Studio & Gallery Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to join and/or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

 

1.1. Applicants must complete the Affiliate Application form and receive approval from Artbox Studio & Gallery before participating.

1.2. Approval is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.

 

2. Commission & Payments

 

2.1. Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales referred through their unique affiliate link.

2.2. Commission is based solely on completed purchases. Clicks, impressions, or other actions do not qualify for payment.

2.3. The minimum payout threshold is $100 CAD. Earnings below this amount will roll over to the next payout cycle until the threshold is met.

2.4. Payments will be made via the payment method provided by the affiliate at the time of approval.

 

3. Promotion Rules

 

3.1. Affiliates must promote Artbox Studio & Gallery in a way that aligns with our brand values and does not harm our reputation.

3.2. Discount codes are not permitted as part of this affiliate program unless explicitly authorized by Artbox Studio & Gallery.

3.3. Affiliates may not:

 

• Use misleading or false advertising.

• Bid on our brand name or trademarks in paid advertising.

• Engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or other prohibited promotional methods.

 

4. Content & Compliance

 

4.1. Any content created to promote Artbox Studio & Gallery must be original, truthful, and compliant with applicable advertising laws.

4.2. We may request edits or removal of any promotional content that misrepresents our brand or offerings.

 

5. Termination

 

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.

5.2. Commissions accrued prior to termination will be paid if they meet the minimum payout threshold and are not the result of fraudulent activity.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

6.1. Artbox Studio & Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

 

7. Amendments

 

7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or our website.
