The Art Meets Home Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Artbox Studio & Gallery and Chanelle C. Bailey Realty (collectively, the “Sponsors”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to the following Official Rules & Terms of Use:

 

1. Eligibility

 

  • Open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of the Sponsors are not eligible.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

 

2. How to Enter

 

  • To be eligible, participants must, during the Contest Period:

  • Follow both Instagram accounts: @artboxstudiogallery and @chanellecbaileyrealty

  • Repost the official giveaway post to their Instagram story.

  • Tag both accounts in the repost.

  • Submit their email address through the official entry form.

  • ⚠️ Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be counted.

 

3. Contest Period

 

  • Begins: September 5, 2025, 12pm EST

  • Ends: October 5th, 2025, 12am, EST

  • Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

 

4. Prize

 

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A $100 HomeSense gift card

  • Two (2) tickets to Artbox’s Textured Art Workshop

Approximate retail value: $180 CAD

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

 

5. Winner Selection & Notification

 

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

  • As required by Canadian contest law, the selected entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question to be confirmed as the winner.

  • Winner will be notified by email within 5 business days after the Contest ends.

  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

 

6. General Conditions

 

  • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram of all liability.

  • Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise its fairness or integrity.

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, Instagram handle, and email for the administration of the Contest, including public announcement of the winner.

 

7. Privacy

 

  • Information collected will only be used for Contest administration and, if participants opt in, to receive promotional updates from the Sponsors.

  • Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

 

8. Governing Law

 

The Contest and these Rules are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
