Cancellation Policy

Booking Rules: 1. Self-guided sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before original booking start time. Please contact us directly to reschedule later on or to switch to a guided service. Tickets are transferable. If anyone is unable to make it, please contact us to transfer a booking to another guest. If less than 2 hours cancellation notice is given, customers can receive a 50% credit of the original payment. No-shows may not receive compensation. 2. All guests must be aged 10 and up to participate in self-guided painting. Any participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one 18+ paying adult for every 2 youth. 3. Touching the displayed art is prohibited. Please note anyone who causes damage to the artwork in the gallery, will be held responsible.
